These Tradedge Terms of Use is entered into between you (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “your”) and Tradedge Advantage (or Tradedge as used anywhere below). By accessing and accepting any Tradedge Services provided by Tradedge, you agree that you have read, understood and accepted all of the terms and conditions stipulated in these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “these Terms”) as well as our Privacy Policy at any of the websites belonging to Tradedge. In addition, when using some features of the Services, you may be subject to specific additional terms and conditions applicable to those features.
Please read the terms carefully as they govern your use of Tradedge Services. By investing/making use of Tradedge services, you acknowledge and agree that:

(1) you are aware of the risks associated with transactions of digital currencies and their derivatives; (2) you shall assume all risks related to the use of Tradedge services and transactions of digital currencies and their derivatives; and (3) Tradedge shall not be liable for any such risks or adverse outcomes. By accessing, using or attempting to use Tradedge Services in any capacity, you acknowledge that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access Tradedge or utilize Tradedge services.
It is deemed that investors and anchor investors know and understand the risk in crypto trading and are already prepared for any outcome of trading. It is deemed that all investors and anchor investors understand that Tradedge are mere facilitators in the trade, Tradedge does not control the market. Once payment is accepted by Tradedge and locked into the agreed period of investment, Tradedge cannot pull the funds out of the investment notwithstanding any pressing needs of the investor/anchor investor.
This terms and conditions is an agreement and will become legally binding once you have successfully undertaken the registration process and we received satisfactory report of your KYC.
1. About these Terms
a) Contractual Relationship: These Terms constitute a legal agreement and creates a binding contract between you the investor/anchor investor/user and Tradedge.
b) Supplementary Terms: TRADEDGE ADVANTAGE INVESTMENT PLATFORM presently invests and trades in cryptocurrency as a principal commodity. Due to the rapid development of Digital Currencies, these Terms between you and Tradedge do not enumerate or cover all rights and obligations of each party, and do not guarantee full alignment with needs arising from future development. Tradedge has the right to review the terms and conditions at any time, when necessary, it is the duty of the investor/anchor investor/user to keep THEMSELVES updated with relevant information.
c) The Privacy Policy: Tradedge Platform rules and all other agreements entered into separately between the investor/anchor investor/user and Tradedge are deemed supplementary terms that are an integral part of these terms and shall have the same legal effect. You accept that your use of Tradedge services is deemed your acceptance of the above supplementary terms.
d) Changes to These Terms: Tradedge reserves the right to change or modify these Terms in its discretion at any time. Tradedge will notify such changes by updating the terms on its website and modifying the date displayed on this page. Any and all modifications or changes to these terms will become effective upon publication on the website or release to investors/anchor investors/users. Therefore, your continued use of Tradedge services is deemed your acceptance of the modified agreement and rules. You are recommended to frequently review these terms to ensure your understanding of the terms and conditions that apply to your access to and use of Tradedge services. Tradedge will not be held responsible for any losses suffered as a result of failure to review any modified terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of all investors/anchor investors/users to review these terms.
e) Prohibition of Use: By accessing and using Tradedge services, you represent and warrant that you have not been included in any trade embargoes or economic sanctions list by any country or regulatory agency. Tradedge will not welcome any form of threat or intimidation against the company, state agent, zonal anchor and her staff.
f) Eligibility and Acceptable Use: Investors must be 18 years old and above and must not engage in illegal activities, make misrepresentation on application forms, or take any steps that would cause damage to our services or systems. Corporate investors must have no record of previous financial fraudulent acts after due verifications. On discovery by Tradedge of any misrepresentation made during an investment transaction, such investor/anchor investor/user bears the risk of losing the capital invested and profits entirely. Relevant identity check must be carried out and completed to the company’s satisfaction to check eligibility of any investor/anchor investor/user.
g) Trading Risks: All investors/anchor investors/users using Tradedge’s services accept that engaging in any trade can be financially risky, and there can be higher financial risks if one engages in any margin transactions, use any other sophisticated trading options, or trade in digital assets that are subject to volatile market price movements. Tradedge reserves the right to suspend, delay or amend the provision of any service in the event of an abnormal market condition. Due to the volatility of crypto currency, Tradedge at its sole discretion determines its ROI percentage (%) and the duration of each season with or without prior information to the investor/anchor investor/users.
h) Indemnity: It is agreed that all investors/anchor investors/users and anyone howsoever described (and their agents) who use Tradedge’s platforms and services and invests through the company agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tradedge Management, Operators, their affiliates, contractors, licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, actions, proceedings, losses incurred during trading, investigations, demands, suits, costs, expenses and damages (including attorneys’ fees, fines or penalties imposed by any regulatory authority) arising out of or related to (i) your use of, or conduct in connection with, Tradedge Services, (ii) your breach or our enforcement of these Terms, or (iii) your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or rights of any third party during your use of Tradedge Services. If you are obligated to indemnify Tradedge Management, Operators, their affiliates, contractors, licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees or agents pursuant to these Terms, Tradedge will have the right, in its sole discretion, to control any action or proceeding and to determine whether Tradedge wishes to settle and claim, and if so, on what terms.
i) Termination of Agreement
i. Suspension of Tradedge Accounts: You agree that Tradedge shall have the right to immediately suspend your Tradedge Account (and any accounts beneficially owned by related entities or affiliates), close, freeze or lock the Digital Assets or funds in all such accounts, and suspend your access to Tradedge for any reason including if Tradedge suspects any such accounts to be in violation of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or any applicable laws and regulations. You agree that Tradedge shall not be liable to you for any permanent or temporary modification of your Tradedge Account, or suspension or termination of your access to all or any portion of Tradedge Services. Tradedge shall reserve the right to keep and use the transaction data or other information related to such Tradedge Accounts. The above account controls may also be applied in the following cases:
• The Tradedge Account is subject to a governmental proceeding, criminal investigation or other pending litigation;
• We detect unusual activities including fraudulent activity, deceit or manipulation in the Tradedge Account;
• We detect unauthorized access to the Tradedge Account;
• We detect any transaction which has resulted from any misconfiguration technical error;
• We are required to do so by a court order or command by a regulatory/government authority.
ii. Cancellation of Tradedge Accounts: In case of any of the following events, Tradedge shall have the right to directly terminate these Terms by cancelling your Tradedge Account, and shall enjoy the right but not the obligation to permanently freeze (cancel) the authorizations of your Tradedge Account on Tradedge and withdraw the corresponding Tradedge Account thereof:
• after Tradedge terminates services to you;
• you allegedly register or register in any other person’s name as a Tradedge investor/anchor investor/user again, directly or indirectly;
• the information that you have provided is untruthful, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, hence you will lose your capital and profit inclusive;
• when these Terms are amended, you state your unwillingness to accept the amended Terms by applying for cancellation of your Tradedge Account or by other means;
• you request that Tradedge Services be terminated; and
• any other circumstances where Tradedge deems it should terminateTradedge Services.

Should your Tradedge Account be terminated, the account and transactional information that meet data retention standards will be securely stored for 3 years. If Tradedge is informed that any Digital Assets or funds held in your Tradedge Account are stolen or otherwise are not lawfully possessed by you, Tradedge may, but has no obligation to, place an administrative hold on the affected funds and your Tradedge Account. If Tradedge does lay down an administrative hold on some or all of your funds or Tradedge Account, Tradedge may continue such hold until such time as the dispute has been resolved and evidence of the resolution acceptable to Tradedge has been provided to Tradedge in a form acceptable to Tradedge. Tradedge will not involve itself in any such dispute or the resolution of the dispute. You agree that Tradedge will have no liability or responsibility for any such hold, or for your inability to withdraw Digital Assets or funds or execute trades during the period of any such hold.
iii) Remaining Funds After Tradedge Account Termination: Except as set forth in paragraph (iv) below, once your Tradedge Account is closed/withdrawn, all remaining account balance (which includes charges and liabilities owed to Tradedge) will be payable immediately to Tradedge. Upon payment of all outstanding charges to Tradedge (if any), users will have 5 business days to withdraw all Digital Assets or funds from the account.
iv) Remaining Funds After Tradedge Account Termination Due to Fraud, Violation of Law, or Violation of These Terms
Tradedge maintains full custody of the Digital Assets, funds and User data/information which may be turned over to governmental authorities in the event of Tradedge Accounts’ suspension/closure arising from fraud investigations, investigations of violation of law or violation of these Terms.
j) Other Terms: For some unforeseeable reason(s), there could be delays in pay back. You accept that it would amount to a breach of these terms and conditions for any investor/anchor investor/user to use defamatory means, abusive means either verbally or otherwise, the Police or any enforcement agency to harass, embarrass, detain or traumatize Tradedge and staff, affiliates, operators etc. Any such action may result in immediate termination of investment and may be actionable. You accept that Tradedge can implement any changes based on the market forces and outcome of trading without prior information to investors/anchor investors/users. You accept that all necessary deductions will be applied should you decide to terminate your investment contract before the pairing period and shall warrant a forty (40) working days processing period. You accept that once Tradedge receives your submission of termination of investment contract, there is no reversal. You accept that all rights shall be transferred to your Next of Kin in case of demise. Tradedge Operative Agreement governs all Investment activities with Tradedge Investment platform. Tradedge Advantage Investment platform reserves the right to reject or accept client/investor, subject to all documentation request which has been received by Tradedge, properly and fully completed by the investor/anchor investor/user. Tradedge is under no obligation to invest/reinvest or upgrade account for any client whatsoever. Investors/anchor investors/users are re-informed before the end of their first 3months about upgrade, it is your responsibility to upgrade or not. Tradedge reserves the right at its discretion at any time to refuse to provide the service to the investor/anchor investor/user. You agree that your capital investment will not be withdrawn until the agreed date elapses. You agree not to use any law enforcement agency under the guise of a frivolous petition to seek the withdrawal of your investment. Where law enforcement agencies are used by sponsoring a frivolous petition or an investment is withdrawn by any means whatsoever prior to the expiration of the agreed term of investment, the petitioner agrees to forfeit capital and interest as compensation for breaching these terms and conditions. Where Tradedge suffers losses as a result of the effect of any petition to a law enforcement agency, where the dispute resolution mechanisms in this terms and condition have not been followed, you agree to pay to Tradedge the amount assessed by the company as losses incurred as a result of the breach of these terms and conditions. It is agreed that there will be no additional interest to the agreed percentage if there is a fall in the market and Tradedge is not able to pay on the said date. You agree that returns on investment (ROI) will be reviewed from monthly to biannually or annually to prevent undue agitation in case of delay in payment of monthly ROI. You agree that weekends (Saturday and Sundays and public holidays not being Tradedge’s business and trading days) are excluded in calculating due date for payment of ROI. You agree that only business/working days (Mondays to Fridays) are taken into account.
Confidentiality: You agree that every information relating to your transaction relationship with Tradedge remains confidential. Any information sharing with a third party is prohibited and will amount to a breach of these terms and conditions and it is actionable. Force Majeure: Tradedge will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform as required by these Terms because of any cause or condition beyond Tradedge’s reasonable control.
Resolution of disputes: You agree to approach Tradedge with your disputes. You agree to engage in settlement meetings, mediations and arbitration as forms of settlement of any disputes with Tradedge before commencing any litigation. Any communication with Tradedge in respect of dispute resolution must be in writing. Any such communication can only be proved by delivery through DHL courier service. Assignment: You agree not to assign or transfer any right to use Tradedge Services or any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent from Tradedge, including any right or obligation related to the enforcement of laws or the change of control. Tradedge may assign or transfer any or all of its rights or obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, without notice or obtaining your consent or approval.
Severability: If any portion of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or enforceability will not affect the other provisions of these Terms, which will remain in full force
